He specializes in working with SPs to train them on their portrayals, the physical exam, and learner assessments. Nicholas also works as the quality assurance analyst for the program, striving to maintain and further develop SPs in every regard of the role. He seeks to uphold the Gordon Center’s mission of innovation in simulation and medical education.
